What NOT to do;
- Do not try and charge the machine.
- Do not try and blow dry, microwave or use direct heat, this will damage internal components and seals.
- Do not insert cotton swabs or try and open the machine by yourself.

- Disconnect all connect accessories ie charger, external drive & usbc devices.
- Turn it upside down.
- Visit MacGarage your Apple certified repair center.
